Choc Chip Banana Smoothie

Choc Chip Smoothie with Cacao Nibs

(Dairy free, refined sugar free)

1 banana

1 tbsp LSA (Linseed and Almond mix)

1 tsp raw honey

1 tbsp cacao nibs

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 cup almond milk/rice milk/oat milk (add more if desired)


1/4 cup of you favourite berries

1-2 tsp raw cacao (for a more chocolatie taste)

Blend well in a blender or bullet.

Enjoy for brekky or for an uplifting afternoon snack.
