  • Discover your emotional make up through iridology
  • Eat vegetarian and learn how food can enhance your energy and mood
  • Learn how you can thrive and love more day to day
  • Have more capacity to make better decisions for yourself
  • Learn techniques to use daily to de-stress your body and mind

During the day you will experience

  • Yin Yoga - stretch and relax your body (light yoga, suitable for all ages)
  • Meditation & Breath regulation  - unwind the mind using a few different techniques
  • Vegetarian - Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea
  • Cooking Demonstration
  • Education - Yoga wisdom, nutrition, iridology, Pranayama - breathing

Retreat Schedule:

  • 8am – Registration
  • 8.30am-10am – Light yin yoga & guided meditation
  • 10am - 10.30am – Morning tea
  • 10.30am - 12pm – The Physiological Effects of Continuous Stress on the Body, Pranayama (Breath Regulation) and Mantra Meditation to help calm the mind, energise and awaken the spirit.
  • 12pm – 2.30pm – Vegetarian Cooking Class and Lunch
  • 2.30pm – 4pm – “The eyes are the windows to your soul” – understanding your unique emotional Iridology iris structure to bring more awareness and calmness into your life + specific yoga postures and a touch of Yoga Wisdom to help achieve optimal emotional health.
  • 4.30pm – 5pm - Yoga Nidra guided meditation
  • 5pm – 5.30pm – Kirtan (Mantra chanting)

Thank you for a splendid day retreat last Friday. It was really good and I have felt great since. The Pranyama was a great reminder to use the breath correctly. The Yoga Nidra and the Savasanas were sensational. I loved holding the postures in the Yin session. And the food! Wow! All in such a fabulous setting at Numala Forest Retreat.
